Hi everyone, i just joined up here so this is my first post. hopefully I'll be posting a lot more soon...like the subject says, I'm looking to buy either an 2000 Outback Sport or an L Wagon. I'm kinda leaning towards the Outback Sport cos it comes with some extra standard features but I don't know how different it is from a regular Impreza. I know the ride height is like half an inch higher...is it just spring difference? Are the engines pretty much the same?

I'm supposed to be buying this to just drive around and haul my bike to the track in a small trailer but I know I won't be able to keep it stock and "just drive it". I'm wondering if I'll get better performance out of an L Wagon and if there will be more aftermarket support or are they the same thing?
