newbie about to buy
I rolled my jeep wrangler off a 15 hill into a stream...
which blows cause it was a project car, that's wasted now... I was about to turbocharge it...
Anyway I'm going to buy an 03 WRX shortly. My uncle is a dealer so he is feeling around looking for deals... sometimes auctions around here can yield a 03 WRX with only 3-4K miles for 20 grand. So he's looking around for me.
My questions are... What color I'm thinking the WR blue pearl, or the black... although should I take solar yellow if the option comes up, I know they are semi-rare... I'm upset that STi isn't available yet in the U.S. my intentions were to buy one next year.
Then I'm just looking down the line one what mods to do... I know it's horrible I barely have enough money to afford one, and I'm looking at wheels and body kits and performance mods already.
In the event I do buy new from a dealer, should I go with the stock option on the boost gauge on the steering wheel it's 273 bucks... or should I do it on my own... I was thinking maybe I should also purchase the upgraded sound system, if it sounds good? any thoughts on that...
Anyway just saying hello
