New Car! .. now what? I'm new!
Hey guys.. I'm new around here. I'm 23, I live in Sacramento, go to school in Utah, and I'm taking some classes up in Oregon currently (marine bio)...
So.. I just got an 06 Outback Sport, 5 speed. I obviously wanted the WRX, but my dad was in charge... anyway. I want to modify it, but I'm brand new to this kind of stuff, and don't even know where to start! I suppose tinting the windows is what I want to do first.. As for under the hood mods, what would be best to do first? Is there a website that explains all the mods that are available for this car.. how much hp it would add.. stuff like that? I really don't know alot.. but I want to learn. So I'm looking for places I can educate myself on this... also, suggestions for mods are appreciated! If there are any pics of the Outback Sport that you guys have.. that would be cool too.. Thanks guys!

Sometimes when you need the help, you gotta bite the bullet and go with the other parties choice. But it's still a good car.
Hope you enjoy, and welcome to the site.

I'd highly suggest checking out Cobb since they are in Utah. I dont know much about the N/A engines, so I don't know what to sugest other than checking out Cobb.
Welcome ot the Suby family though. Your modding addiction with begin shortly

Hmm...
1. Get rid of the factory rim protectors, and get some real tires.
2. Work on suspension and braking first.
3. When you get ready for performance upgrades, start at the exhaust and work forward.
4. Perfect Power (Rallitek.com) has an N/A solution for engine management.
