Can anyone help me out here ~

I am a salesman at a Subaru dealer here in Oregon. I have a potential client who claims they read in a 'review' that there has been "issues" with the auto trans overheating???

I do not know if this might have been a reference to problems while towing, in which case you can get a tranny cooler installed from Subaru parts...

Anyone out there had any issues?

My parents have a Tribeca with about 10K miles and have no problems at all in this area... and simply put LOVE their B-9!

Any info/feedback one way or the other would be appreciated!

 

I sold them in NE Pennsylvania and have never heard of such a problem. That might only happen when exceding the max towing capabilites. Stupid people doing stupid things and then complaining about it.

 

That's my thought ~ just thought I would give it the old college try to help them out. I'm pretty sure it's a sold deal anyway...
