nasioc freaks me out
I was wasting some time searching nasioc when I came across some poor noobie who submitted a post that said he got smoked by a maxima or something.
Then other members ganged up and bashed him for posting in the wrong forum for like 20+ posts....
Long live i-club and it's members.

You'll get the same response if you post street racing stories here. It's not allowed.
That being said, I prefer NASIOC. Its members are of a mature age and usually act it, whereas ClubWRX is full of streetracers, and this board is inhabited by 10 year-olds.

I haven't spent much time over there, but I didn't really like the forum when I did, so I don't go to clubwrx at all. Now I am a bit happier about that decision.

Sure some of the people on here are below drving age... but who cares... the more subaru enthusiasts the better. I know I have been a car nut since I was 2 years old and I can see why even 10 year olds would want to join this club. I personally like it much better here just because it seems people here are much more open minded than at NASIOC.
LONG LIVE I-CLUB!

BTW, what does WTLW mean?

Not true. I will just move the racing stories into the dumpster. I will not give anyone a hard time for posting them for the first time. If you keep doing it, then yes, I will yell a bit.

I was turned off by NASIOC the first time I posted. I received no help but at least 5 saracastic comments.
However, I decided to give it a try again because there are more East Coasters over there. Now, I am very happy with NASIOC, esp. the Tri-State Forum folks.
Having said that, I think there are cooler heards here at i-club.com and the board runs MUCH BETTER here. Much faster and better organized. Cheers, Alex.
My post count is higher here so that tells you something.
P.S. Much better **** here thanks to Richard....

I like Nasioc and I-Club. Usually when I search through them I have two windows and just switch while the pages load. I thought people joined both of the forums? I know i'm not the only one.

Do you want usernames? Or threads? Simply put, it's the clientelle. Look at the maturity of some of the posters or some of the discussions that come up. It wasn't a criticism so much as an observation (not that there's much one can do to change the type of people that a forum attracts). I still read these forums and post occasionally, but the maturity level of the readers and the discussion is considerably lower than other car forums, and more on par with some of the web comic forums I read. Of course, I expect people to take this personally, but that's okay.
