ok this is the beginning of the month that i have to get my car inspected. 1995 impreza lx coupe. Took it to pep boys, and it didn't pass 'cause the horn no longer works. everything else was fine (even emissions). I swear it worked 3 days ago, and the only thing i've done to the car is replace the rotors (all 4). while doing so i ran the battery down, and had to jump it with my g/f's car. What did I do that now my horn won't work, and everything seems to check out fine. tested the actual horn, relay in dash, checked fuses, but a diagram i got hold of, tells me to look for a horn condenser near the rear drivers side engine bay. i don't know what im looking for, and don't see anything around the rear of the drivers side engine bay to even remotely look like anything that could be a "condenser". I'm so frustrated that i'm ready to hard wire the darn thing myself, and make my own circiut, knowing that I probably shouldn't. guy at pep boys was no help at all, and i was there for so long (noon to 6pm), i have to wait all weekend till the dealer opens to ask them. Please can someone shed some light on this for me? I desperately need some assistance.
