Mars needs women

Blast from the past.

Seriously, the i-club needs some more folks. Granted, if the masses were to enroll and start posting more, the temperament of the club might could change and that would be bad. The i-club has about the most genial people of any forum I've seen.

First of all, I have no idea how we could go about doing this; probably the only answer is that it would mean pulling Nasioc'ers (which I know both club members are dual-enrolled) I guess that's the main topic of this thread for discussion.

I think that there are probably many pros and cons, too, which should be considered and weighed.

Off the top of my head:

Pro:
-More people means more experts.
There are certainly a lot of Suby-smart folks on this forum, but it couldn't hurt to have more (although it could hurt to have a bunch more *******, self-proclaimed experts.)

-More people means more vendors, maybe i-club specific deals or group buys.

Con:
-More people means more blowhards, street racers, ricer mentality, domestic-only trolls.
The worst thing about any forum is that by being open to anyone, if a moderator or a smart guy isn't too observant, more people could mean more mis-information.

There have got to be a lot more pros & cons, but it's real early in the morning. I know that there are many i-clubbers across the nation and globally (although, I don't see too many posts from them); but it seems as if the HIIC and BAIC are the bulk of the club. Seems as though it couldn't hurt to expand a little.
