I have the Prodrive springs with the stock struts. I'm told that the Prodrive's have been designed to work well with the stock struts. I think they ride is now perfect for my tastes, firm but not too harsh.

I've got the H&R springs on stock struts. I have not noticed any loss of drive quality at all. If anything the ride is SLIGHTLY softer under normal driving, but handling around corners is still improved.

Here's my wagon on Prodrive springs and stock struts. I have no camber kit - I would think you would only need that if you were into AutoX.

I paid $500 installed, but that was at my dealership, so I'm sure it can be done cheaper.

h&r feels softer daily driving? i am interested in the h&rs but i don't want to have my inner tire wear out quicker due to camber. do u have quicker tire wear on ur ride?

eibach prokits or the spt's (lower than eibach by .2") also made by eibach. works good with stock struts.

stock struts will last a good 100,000+ miles, and by then you will notice a decrease in quality...so id say a good 75-80k of better performance...give or take of course depending on the spring

Beware

Your stock struts are not damped right for lowering springs. I installed B+G with a 1.4 front and a 1" rear drop, the front end doesn't ride perfect thats for sure. It's not bad, but not perfect. Try to get the full coilover set up if you get the chance.
