Intake: keep the stock one, its your best bet unless your pushing a lot of power
exhaust: turboback is a larger section which includes the catback. turbo back is everything from the turbo to the end. catback is from the last cat to the end. your real question should be catless or catted.
suspension: if you have the money and the need, get the coilovers.
intercoolers: as with the intake, you only really need a FMIC if youre pussing a lot of power. I had a buddy that put a giant FMIC on his STi and the turbo lag was so horrible that the turbo didnt spool up untill it was almost time to shift. stock TMIC will go far, no real need to change it. If you upgrade to a giant turbo, then you might want to think about a FMIC and an intake.
also, you'll want to get an engine management system (Cobb, Ecutek, something like that)

oh as far as the exhaust question goes.. should the tuboback be catless or catted? and whats that mean hahhahha. which gives you more horespower. i'm guessing catless is "louder"? and catted is silenced im just throwing my 2 cents out there.

^CAI isnt needed at all, the stock air box does a great job. to answer that question about the cat...
catless: has no catalytic converters, which means your car will not pass smogs tests, and will be louder
catted: if you put in high-flow cats (which can be pricey) your car will pass the smog sniffer test (examine the exhaust for polutants) but will still not pass the visual test. the stock cats will rob you of a lot of power, but a aftermarket high-flow cats will only take you down a few hp from catless
