I need help baddd!

ok so long story short. me and a friend swapped downpipes. my 2003 wrx has an hks (Piece of ****) his 2005 wrx has a catless perrin dp. ok so after we swapped downpipes i plugged in the o2 sensor on the bottom half near the midpipe. and it was so tight that it pinched the wire and some how cut through half of the one wire. and there are 4 wires there. so didnt think it was a big deal. put some electrical tape on it. went to start the car and it started up for about 2 seconds then shut off. went to start it up again, and it cranks but doesnt turn over. so first thing i do is check all there wiring again under dash under car and engine bay. then disconnect the battery so everything resets. wait a lil while then start up car again. it cranks but doesnt turn over. there are no signals or warnings check engine lights in the dash. so next is i call gst they dont know. call subaru they dont know. call EQ tuning and they helped alot. im not trying to be mean i just couldnt get anywhere with the other places. so EQ tuning had me try a couple different things. like check wiring, check green plug underneath driver side. i have a cobb accessport V2. and plugged it in and turned key on to acc. and no connection. fuel pump or fan didnt come on either. EQ thinks my ECU has been locked up but they dont know for sure. so tomorrow i am getting it towed to a mechanic idk which one. maybe someone knows a good subaru mechanic in san jose???? but EQ says i can take another 2003 wrx ecu and see if my car fires up. so if anyone wants to help i would greatly appreciate it. or know of anything else i can do. or a ecu to test would help. Thank you very much for reading this. I wish i knew what to do.
THANKS.

sounds like the whole story isn't here. Pay the shop some money for their expertise and you'll probably fix the problem. when you short a secondary 02 wire the evap system freaks out but doesn't keep the car from starting. goodluck

id say look into getting a new O2 sensor... although it is the second O2 correct? so that one is only looking at cat efficiency and shouldn't do much of anything besides throw a dumb code and MIL (wont affect timing or anything). possibly try unplugging the battery again but wait like 30-60 min before trying again just in case the cars capacitors hold all the memory longer than you left it disconnected.

well i talked to eq and they told me alot. i know its not the O2. they said it should start but not run very good. and after talking to them for a while they seem to think it is my ECU. because when i turn my car to the on position the fuel pump and fan should turn on. i have heard before when i flash my ECU with my cobb AP tuner it turns on. they suggested that i try plugging in the same ECU but from a different car same year though. could it be a fuse maybe? Thanks for your Help!

Hey did the viet dude give you the stock ecu? Take a look under the hood under the fuse box and see if the ignition fuse is blown or not should be a 50A red fuse.

pump will come on for 2 seconds then go off and fan would come on if needed... i dont get what the cat monitor O2 sensor would do to make it run bad since it only shows cats efficiency nothing else. it wants to see basically a flat line of voltage after the cat but its not so it throws a code. guess you just gotta try our suggestions or tow it in... im interested to know what caused this so keep us posted!
