2007 STi transponder bypass?

Ive searched and found units like DEI 556uw, but i still have a few additional questions.

1) is the dealership the ONLY place to go to when you need to program a transponder key?

2) Do aftermarket transponder key replacements include the chip inside for reprogramming, or will the dealership supply the chip? http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.16355

3) Does removing the transponder and hot glue it by the keyring really work? Any pics?

The reason i ask is because i was only given 1 key when i bought the STi. The cost of additional keys are super $$. Considering i already have a good alarm, and ppl get their cars stolen WITH immobilizer anyways, i figure why not bypass it, right?

I have pondered about this for a long time and the problem is that the ecu needs to match the key code
