no way it fell off the truck. They fasten cars to flatbeds very very well.

No it did fall offf. The cop who pulled me over and didnt arrest me because he was a nice guy saw it. They were attempting to tow it by the front wheels. It happened literally a few hundred feet from where I was pulled over. He was trying to tow it by the front wheels and it seams to have bucked out of the cups that hold the the wheels and on its way down they caught the fenders and ripped them apart then it coasted into the guardrail. The gaurdrail did what you see on the passengers side.

ok first off, i feel SO BAD for your car! omg! how sad. secondly, i don't mean to rub it in, but i do agree that what you did was stupid. oh well, we're all human, we do stupid things now & then. thirdly, sue that ****. if i saw my car jacked up like that, i would be the WORST person to deal with because i would be on their ***. good thing you said no when they said they'd fix it for you @ their shop. who knows what they'd do. i mean come on, if they can do that to your car just by towing who's to say they can actually fix it properly/correctly? good luck with it.
