How Hard is it to install the STI motor mounts?

If you have help, patience and the courage to sit under the motor with a friend aligning the mounts while another friend aligns the motor using a jack...go for it! 
They're a royal pain in the *** and figure on it taking two or three hours if this is your first automotive project.
They can be done in less than an hour by a dealership with the proper tools and a motor winch.
