When I was at the dealership to buy my STi they had photos of his car. Apparently he had purchased his car at the same dealership. The salesperson told me that he had been sandwiched between two semis, and it took them a while to cut him out but he only had a few bruises and scratches.
I talked to the guy through PM once or twice and he said he was home from the hospital in time to see the story on the news. Talk about luck!
That looks like a case where the good lord pulled two numbers out of the hat and decided to drop his back in at the last moment....
