What is everybody's problem with vivid racing? IMO they sell great parts, make great videos, make great cars. WHat is the problem?
What did they do to deserve all the crap they get everytime they post anything?
Vivid Racing... keep up the awesome work, and keep the videos coming!

You may not have been around long enough...
back when the sites were just I-club, there was always issues with vivid and customers... you can try a search on nasioc on vivid, you should uncover some things. Most have been deleted by powertripped mods by now.
for example:
Hows those backorders coming? have you sent out that one things someone ordered last year? how about the guy who just wants a $55 refund... no, he doesn't want a credit... he just want's a $55 refund... what? you won't give the customer a refund? man...
, search and you'll find real examples...Have a nice day,

I've had only one transaction with Vivid before and sure it wasn't that great in my opinion but I'm not going to trash a company because of what I see as a overcharging shipping issue. I do have to commend Vivid though because they are doing this survey to raise their awareness of customer satisfaction. If they didn't give a crap about customer service, I'm sure they wouldn't have took the time to create this survey. I believe that sometimes, its hard for some businesses to take care of everyone's needs, especially if there is a stressful problem involved and needs understanding between the company and the customer, but I must stress if a company sells old stuff and passes for new, thats a very bad problem and I would understand why someone would be overly pissed off about it.
Just my 2 cents. I wouldn't mind getting something from Vivid if they're the only people selling an item that I absolutely need/want, just if it isn't the case, I don't think I would go with them. Vivid says they're changing their stance, I'm sure they're trying and until they fully do so, I had lost alot of interest dealling with them.

Alright, I did a search and found what you guys were talking about. Sorry if I pissed anybody off. I just havnt had any problems with them so I stated my misinformed opinion. But untill I have any problems I will continue buying from them.

Give em a break. Nobody is perfect. They had issues with some people before. They are striving to fix those issues. No need to stir old stuff, unless they mistreat you again.
But then again, instead of wasting your breath here and highjacking a thread, give them TRADER RATING and DO A REVIEW in the REVIEW section.
After all, why did I add all those features?

I am not going to delete or edit anything here. Just like I promised when I re-started i-Club. I just want to ask you all, as way of at least trying to appreciate what I do here, is to remain civil towards each and every member and vendor.
Your negative feedback should be left where it belongs, in PM's if you really feel like starting **** or in those specially designated section of the site and features that were DESIGNED for those specific reasons.
Now lets get back to the original topic that was intended by Vivid.

Vivid Racing
I must admit I was apprehensive about doing business with VR, cuz of all the childish crap I'd read in the forums. They spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me, giving me informed advice on grill/scoop selections. I was able to find out what was in stock, which is a BIG advantage over other companies where you order, pay and take your chances. VR paint quality is as good, or better than OE.
