nah I read it. My point is, you'd have to read every issue for a couple years to get any real solid knowledge. It would be like going to the library and trying to learn a subject by reading the backs of every book on the subject.

i read alot of magazines... SCC, modified mag, super street, performance auto and sound... are probably the most entertaining... in terms of keeping up to date... thats what the boards are for... but to see what other people are doing to their cars... the magazines are good to read...

me likes ACCESS magazine. you learn nothing about cars but the girl shots are the more "risque" of the tuner mags (this does not include the Euro mags like Max Power; there are ******* showing everywhere and porno ads in the back... uh... i saw someone reading it one time at Borders).

you can learn everything bout your car on the forums and BEST MOTORING!

Just received issue #2 of Subiesport magazine and it is even better than the first issue, IMO. Good choice of feature articles on owners' cars, as well as short interview with Pat Richard (rally driver).

Subiesport now arrives in plastic wrap to ensure receipt of a nice, fresh copy (although my first issue also arrived in excellent condition).

Subiesport

I went to Barns and Noble the other day and could not find Subiesport. *sigh*. I am going to subscribe. I did pick up Sport compact & Modified though, I enjoyed them. They both had well written articles with good info.

tuner performance reports is a sort of new mag that focuses on just the cars. there are no pics of models or excessive car show coverage. this months issue does a special on the impreza. basic info on things like maintenance, specs and parts available. seems like a good mag
