The tire size is the same but the offset is different(i think) look at the center of the wheel, does it look deeper?

notice more blue... all the speaker grates are different even the tweeter. the car has a much cleaner appearance inside now

Damn, I really dont like the fender flares. But I do like the interior a little better. Nothing to wait for though IMO.

don't forget i know nothin of mech changes, steering rack, lsd, etc... I am with you on the fender flares though, but maybe they will grow on me(i bet that you can take them off and switch the bumper without too much work)
