im new to exhausts and a bit confused by termonology. CATback, does that mean including the Cat or just behind it. Turbo back would mean no cat's right? and axleback is just the muffler pretty much?

Please correct the noob on these assumptions im making

cat back is exact like it sounds. its an exhaust system that includes the cat and everything from there to the rear of teh car.
a turbo back would be all the exhuast piping from the turbo back to the rear of teh car. a axle back is a exhuast from the axle all the way back to the car.

you get the idea

welcome noobs!

its always good to make assumptions first and have people correct you. however, can you believe some other noob asked if he should redline each shift after he brakes in the car?

dats just crazy! i understand people being new to the car scene...but seirously....if people dont understand certain things and just continue to drive their cars like crazy without understand how things work...it just brings us bad rep. it already has...in california..they are cracking down sooo hard on people that drive hard through mtn roads its not even funny
they are using helicoptors and planes and even arresting people.
sucks...
thanks for listening to me rant
