Yeah, you're right. Almost everyone has a newer model. The club was MUCH smaller before the introduction of the WRX to the U.S. You're one of the few super cool dudes with the old school rides. If you haven't already you MUST post into on those. I'd love to see pics/specs.

well i have a few, 88 dl got a 4wd last summer, no rust, white, d/r , 86 brat, some rust, 88 full time 4wd a/t turbo wagon, 86 spfi a/t fwd alittle rust, yes i pics ,but not sure how to put them onto this board , i do like the wrx/s , in fact we had a 2000 outback wagon and loved it , also before that a 97 outback, i have stripped out 2 xt's ,1 turbo sedan, 1 spfi sedan, , later
Those sound really cool. I'd also like to see some pics. You can post them as attachments but I think you have to resize them though. Photoshop can do that easily if you have it. PM me if you want me to post them for you.

There are quite a few people that are buying the early 90's subarus and doing swaps....
I think it just took to many years for us to realize how cool subies are. It's hard to find 80's subies in good condition
