do a search. This topic has been covered many times. Most people start with the uppipe and airbox as these are two of the most restrictive and easily changable items on our cars. There is a good wealth of info on this site about changing them.
-Rear Sway Bar $80-100?
-Endlinks Front and Back $200? (go front MRT, and rear Perrin)
-Anti-Lift Kit (comes in comfort, sport, and race bushing stiffness levels) $130?

These are easy and cheap. However, the best you can do really is get wheels and Tires.
www.subydude.com for nice set of Rotas at the best prices in the country. For tires, try www.tirerack.com and have a local place mount and balance them once everything comes in.
For tires, good cheap summer type tires are the Kuhmo MXs and the Yokohama ES100s. If you want all-season tires that would be pretty decent in the wet and in the dry and ALSO in the snow, then look at the Pirelli Pzero Neros i believe or what i'm running on right now on my stock wheels, and those are Bridgestone RE950s.

wassup? any of you guys want to buy a set of prodrive rims. it's the GC-o6d model 18". gun metal color, it looks pretty tite on any color. it's used rims and tires with 90% thread on tires for $1850.

I would definitely go with suspension first. You can go with lowering springs w/ koni yellows or kyb agx's. Front and rear strut. Rearsway with end links(mrt). Front sway is ok but I heard for the money its not that noticeable. If you don't want to go with springs, go coil overs but its $$$$.
Next, for me, is TBE w/ uppipe and ecu reflash.
Rims and tires are good too. For me, I'm going to get a little more out of my stocks before I change. Rota SDR's are a good rim and cheap.
