Take the upholstery off the headrest and take it to a local shop.
Most t shirt shops will (or know who can) do custom embroidery.

My mistake, I meant custom embroidery like somebody's name or something like that. Isn't there a little Rotary logo or something like that on the new RX-8? I guess Mazda's keen on bringing it back!

The RX-8s have a hole in the shape of the rotar. Its a nice touch. I know the place where frats and sororities get their crap done at do embroidery. I dont know if they'll be able to do what you want, but its an idea.
