No not really.
If you put in just e-85 you will run lean and can blow your motor.
It does act like 105 octane fuel but you must spray more volume to make it act that way.
You gain no performance by throwing it in with no tune, and I would not do it.

3 galons of e85 in 91 will give you 93, but why not just tune for e85 if its next to you

It is not 105 octane from the pump it never is its actually less but when you tune for it I.E. add more volume it will give you the performance gains similar to a 105 octane fuel.

Its definitely not near a 95 because I run a mix of 1 E85:3 91Oct for my 93 map, no knock, no pinging, no nothing. If it was rated at 95 I would definitely notice performance issues.
