Pretty much all cars have an under tray. The problem is that it is just a weak piece of plastic. Not a big deal if you never leave the tarmac, but if you find yourself driving through something else, like some of us do, a metal tray becomes rather worthwhile.

That's AWESOME!!!! How much would you charge to make one for my 04 WRX wagon? I know you live up in the Sac area....I just recently moved to an apartment in Dublin with my wife. Can't do much when you live in an apartment.

Thanks

Ed

will be doing this with plexi glass already got my template made and plexi glass traced out. just needs to be cut. will give it a much cleaner look, and very strong and durable.

Plexiglass, really? No, it isn't durable for this application and it won't like being close to the hot exhaust. It is bullet proof, but my guess is everywhere you have a mounting hole it will crack.

Bump..

Only update really is that last time I did an oil change, I put in a longer/extended filter. It made slight contact with the undertray/skid pan. So I shaped/hammered out a circle so the tray dips under the new filter.

Ill get a pic next time I change the oil or take the undertray off
