I think GM owns 20% of FHI stock. I had read that the intent was to co-op some of the Sube AWD technology. On a similar note, my dealer told me that I can take my WRX to a GM dealer for service if necessary, but I have yet to get that confirmed. I know that I had seen Subaru links on a GM site or two, I just can't remember which sites they were... ???
