Check engine light, Need help, noob!http://www.i-club.com/forums/images/smilies/nerd.

Ok, so ever since I got my Perrin Catted Dp, CAI, and Tanabe Touring Medallion exhaust installed the check engine light keeps coming on and I have to keep reseting. I tried installing a bung for my o2 sensor on the dp but that didn't work. Can someone please let me know what's going on and what I can do to correct the issue. It's an 2003 WRX auto. THANK YOU!

A) need a CEL (check engine light) fix for the downpipe (connects at midpipe in the middle of your car)
B) need new A/F sensor for headers (located passenger side behind front left wheel).

Any of those sensors may have gone out prematurely wig high mileage and mods.
Have you tuned your car with AP for stage 2?

Next step would be to see what code it reads so you dont buy an unnecessary sensor.

ej20: I have no idea what the code reads. I don't have anything that helps me read the code yet.

Tommy: Well I got the bung on the o2 sensor for the dp put in but that didn't work. A friend had sold me the dp and the exhaust and gave me the bung for the CEL light fix. He told me that it should do the trick but it didn't work. No AP for stage 2.

How do I go about finding out what the code reads?
