i dk how many ppl have seen the 04...THEY GOT RID OF THE BUG EYE LITES...i liked them...they gave some flavor to the car...now it looks like a freakin civic.....it still looks hot but....the bug eyes were sooo much hotter...i know a lot of ppl hated them but that was one of the things that mad the rex soo unique and the bug eyes were as much a part of me as they were of the car...wait...did that come out rite....no??....in other words they grew on me....

I never bought a bug eyed model so no I won't be missing it. Never liked it and glad they got rid of it. Now if only the 6spd was stock in all the cars and not just the STI.

i am glad the bug eyes are gone. looked way too much like a neon. waaaay too much. i think the only thing the new ones look like is an RSX, but its not even that close.

The neon looks better than the bugeye Impreza, at least the headlights are in proportion.

Good riddance I say!

Ugliest Subaru EVAR, and it's no mistake that the fellow who designed it was fired you know....

i LOVED the bug eye......y couldnt they change the front grill and stuff and leave the lites bugeye-ish???would that have been sooo hard?i know a lot of ppl hated them but they were stylishish...and ....rite...thats all i can think of to say

I actually like the bug-eye look. I had some fun photoshopping some porsche 911T lights onto the car just for fun. =) But if I want a new WRX w/ the old look I only have till March-April. I feel that the new square lights give it more of a grown-up sedan look like the rest of the subaru line. It looks good but would rather have something that looks a little different.

if i wanted lites like that i would just pick any damn car out of a lot...o well.....i got about 2-3 years till i get it so i get the legacy(/any other subie) type lites and now it looks like a freakin civic from the front........i really still want it just as much..im just mad about the lites....the rex STILL ROX!!!!!!!!!!!
