Question buying a dp/catback need input

I have been checking out alot of dp/catback systems, and i'm not quite sure exactly where i want to go with it. I am going to db-tuned some time this week since i am in the area, but i wanted to see what people on here think about their own stuff.
I have an 07 wrx with the spt air intake, and the next thing im doing is the dp/catback. I am not sure whether i want the split bellmouth//wastegate or just sticking with the simple bellmouth. if anyone has input on that, it would help
i plan on doing alot of tuning to the car, but over an extended period of time, eventually getting a new intercooler and a bigger turbo--the works.
anyways, i saw the helix down pipe off of the 500whp site, and it looks legit, but i am not making any decisions yet
please let me know what you guys think from personal experiences
thanks
-mike

Go with a bellmouth if you are staying with the stock turbo. Look at the external waste gate if you are talking about upgrading the turbo.

You have several choices with the bellmouth. All will get you some good results. Mix that with an AP Stage 2 and custom map and you'll love it.

so if i get a new turbo the external waste gate would have to match up with the split bellmouth, but with stock just stick to normal bellmouth?
and whats a AP stage two.
i have heard of stages and stuff, like from vishnu, but i dont know what the AP is or where to get it. sorry, stil very new to this subi stuff
