I blew the stock motor in my 02 wagon... I'm looking on suggestions on what I should do next.

I've seen a lot of used JDM motors for 1.4k-2k available thru different dismantlers but don't know who to really trust when it comes to a reliable source for a motor... I'd really like to know if I were to buy a complete sti motor and tranny would it bolt in directly?

I really just want to buy another stock motor to just get the car up and running again and then eventually build another motor on the side.

Looking for suggestions on what I should do...
