Can you use Avatars on these forums...If so how do I upload a picture?

I don't mind a small avatar under the name, but I cannot stand the boards that have a bunch of crap and pictures and quotes all over the place, with things flashing and gif-animations!

i-club is cool and clean, and easy on the eyes..... =)
