I consider any e-mail of any topic to be undesirable spam if it comes unsolicited from someone I don't know.
I consider any post on this board to automatically be spam if the member signed up for the main purpose of posting that message. Going through the members list to send blanket PMs of any topic is spam.
This type of activity should be punishable by having the tip of his left pinkie cut off. Not his whole finger, maybe just an eighth of an inch or so.
