That is tru that america does go on money too. That parts are expensive for both cars depending on what kind of parts you need for your car. I have a WRX and i raced couple of Is-300 the other day I won. So I am saying that there are RARE Is-300 that are hooked and can compete with us. All I can say IS-300 is garbage ( No Offense to Is-300 Owners ). There are sort of luxrious car and thats all what Lexus has. So WRX all the way.

How much money did you put into the car to get it to beat the wrx? And how much did the car cost to start with? =)

Yeah im definately gonna need to see the sheet on that one 750hp plus. the compression rate of the IS300 is already pretty high so it won't take boost well without some serious engine work. But of course you would have to have that. And if you do have the 750hp you doubled your cost easily.
Now dropping the what ifs i speant this money blah blah blah. A stock WRX will beat a stock IS300 and if you drag in the XM sports edition then we could go get the STI and our big brother can put a beating on yours. Still speaking stock.

Thats only hooked up Is-300 even if its hooked up to that much Hp.You can take a Wrx Sedan and prolly beat it if you hooked it up. But rememba STI 03 is comin out.

Yeah and what magazine is it featured in? If an IS had that much power behind it some mag would want a feature.

He prolly would talk trash cuz he prolly hating on the Wrx. In my opionin the Wrx is the best I-4 car there is right now. Even tho its a H4. To me he has to show proof that he is got a pictures of the car that he OWNS. Not takin pictures from some Is-300 and considering it his. And second of all a dyno or a 1/4 mile race. Thats would what I need to be proven that he has a 700 Hp Is-300. Without them its prolly all talk.

And here is a picture of the new STI. The wrx are about the same thing expect for the foglights , spolier , and the logo that says STI.

Ahem, they "look" like they're about the same thing. They are most definitely not "about the same" internally. You can consider them to be entirely different cars. Much like the OZ Lancer is to the EVO8, they resemble each other, but their internals are vastly different.
