i want to do a 1000 mile oil change. can i go synthetic now or is it better to wait a while? mobil 1 is my choice. thanks.

 

im at 18000 still running off dealership oil, dont go nuts with synthetic, expessually with your young wrx. synthetic isnt gona make a big difference at this point, its only make your engine break in funky. go ahead and wait till about 8000 miles b4 you go synthetic, and break your engine in correctly, dont redline it or nething while the pistons are getting useto the sleeves. keep it below 4000 rpms
