Actually they raised the price of the WRX a few hundred. The best time to get a WRX is when the new fascia shows up in the show room. The dealers will be eager to get rid of the old look cars. I believe the new WRX's show up in April. I would say that in March, the dealers will try to clear out any remaining MY03's they have on the lot. Of course, if you want the new look, you'll end up paying more.
