I wonder if he went with a 'stealth' look or had the full 'ricer kit' with stadium wing and soccer goal hood scoop.

The article did not mention that is was a STi. It did say Subaru Impreza. I imagine that you could build many cars up to 500hp if you had the dough. It is a good article for the Subaru, but you could of probably put any other name in that slot for any car that has the ability to be a sleeper.
