STI going in to dealer fpr repairs

Car Info: WRX STi black/Gold rims
STI going in to dealer fpr repairs
The check engine light is on"and the cruise control light comes on and off" and the front fog light STI decal is coming off..
and the hood is rough like sand paper
eveyone having promblems with the STI
have 1500miles
