i was wondering if the 04STI would have shiftronic (for example BMW M3 SMG) as a opition?

Car Info: 2004 WRX STi

No. The only drive train for the 04 USDM STi release is the 6 speed manual. The current roumor is there is only one factory option and it is gold or gunmetal/silver wheels. There may be some other options/add ons in terms of dealer install.

foglights

foglights are standard as i was told however they are going to be smaller projector style foglights

The official specs in PDF format released last week said no foglights for the STi.

well then maybe my salesman was an idiot or i misunderstood him. but i thought he said there would be foglights

I'm guessing the salesman was an idoit, since when have they been a reliable source about specs on this car?

well i kinda figured that he would know something like that, because he had the engine specs right and he knew about the power distribution controller that they are putting on the car. but yeah he was sort of an idiot
