Option Install Prices

I just put down a deposit on an STi. I have also added some dealer installed options: Performance Guage Pack w/housing, Alarm upgrade, carbon fiber interior, & Compass/Mirror. Stealership wants to charge me $1000 it install the options. Is this a fair price? Also, is anyone buying any of the scheduled maintance plans? I'm paying $800 for 3 years/36,000

One mechanic could install all those options in a day easily. Personally, I think that $1,000 labor fee is expensive. If that includes parts then that is probably a reasonable dealership fee.
