hi i have finally heard my car ping at 1040 miles...and i got to admit it does not sound good , also i dont really want to relfash my ecu and make lose hp(which i have been told). so if anyone can please help me out here, my question is, does it really lose hp when you reflash it? has it been dyno'ed on the same machine and has there been decrease in the power? sigh...

also, how many of you have gotten the ecu reflashed?
