Can you convert 04 look to 03??
I've seen several folks who talked about doing an entire front end conversion from 02/03--> 04 replacing grille, headlights, hood, etc.
Could you take an STi, buy the LHD HID Bugeye projectors, STi grille, and an 02/03 hood with STi scoop and use them on the STi??
With the new back end, and the "old" front end I think you'd have a pretty bad ***/fast/unique ride
Is this possible??

Anything is possible with enough determination, but when I close my eyes and imagine this swap, here's what I see:

You would need to do the quarter panels in the front also because the way the headlights fit in it is shapped different too. Dasicall everything in front of the windshield and front doors must be swapped. Not sure about directally fitting, but I bet it would be close. I'm sure you could find someone willing to trade ends with you too, and then you would just have to buy the LHD hids.
