I know this still doesn't make it official, but it certainly is encouraging. I would suggest that everyone talk to salespeople and see if they will try to get additional confirmation from various Subaru Reps. Better yet if you have access to Regional reps, push for confirmation directly. I believe they will, reluctantly, give price info. ($30,995) Good Luck!

The EVO is over 30, more like 30,500 because every dealer ive seen has opted for the Moonroof and Spoiler and will continue to do so so they can jack up the price more...
So if the STI is 30,995, then I say that would be ok with me

Keep pushing for confirmation, and encourage others to do the same. Most of the salepeople don't know the MSRP but if you give them a specific number (30,995) they can use this in discussion with Subaru Reps. Be creative and use whatever resources you have available.
Note the 30,995 price reported may not include dest. charges

the price of the EVO is approx. $34,000 when all said and done. Alot of ppl in other forums have bought there Evo already for 34 and even Vivid Racing bought theirs for 34. I just wonder is Mitsu gonna be smart enough to bring a Evo GSR to try and keep up with the STI here.
I sat in the Evo and like Danno said and the interior is dull but the exterior is Nice. The OZ Lancers interior is more exciting but i do like the smal diameter steering wheel.
