Stock cd, errors 3 and 6

Stock cd, errors 3 and 6

I have a 02 RS, with the stock headunit. Sometimes, when I put in a cd, I get error 3 or 6. It doesn't seem repeatable or tied to any event. Any ideas what's causing this?
