Problem with boost gauge
My boost gauge is behaving very strangely after my battery got drained when I forgot to turn off my reading light.
It now only turns on when I turn on my headlights. It used to turn on whenever I put my key in, and will start once more after I start my engine.
Also my clock has been working intermittently, I have not figured out a pattern when it works, and when it doesn't. But I think the boost gauge is tapping the wire of the clock.
Is there something wrong with my electric wiring of the boost gauge, and it's affecting the clock and now itself? Or is it possible that the boost gauge is having problem itself, and need replacement.
I did not install it myself and I have no knowledge of car electrics at all.
Should I be taking it to the shop and see what is wrong?
