I would be getting the 1st one brand new and i guess the 2nd one is a couple months old.

 

im not to fond of panasonics. granted ive never owned one but almost all of my friends have one. The thing is 2 out of 5 kids I know with panasonics have had serious problems with them. The first problem was everytime a button was pressed or you pushed on the faceplate itself the whole thing would shut off. The other kids hu would scratch cds and not spit them back out lol. IMO You should check out other bands such as Alpine or Pioneer(which I own) from what I hear Alpine is one of the best
