Need Help Builiding a System....
I need some help, I want to build a system and keep the stock WRX Cd-player...Any ideas on what speakers, subs, and amp i should get? Or is it not worth keeping the stock cd-player? Thanks for the help.....What do you guys have that works good?
you can keep the stock head unit and everything will work fine. get some good components for the front, and get some good speakers, if not another set of components for the rear, i recommend infinity kappas, they are not too expensive and sound amazing.
you are going to have a hard time running any speakers on an amp, im not sure what subaru uses for a factory amp, but they are usually a PITA to work around.
you can get any subs you want, with any amp as long as it has a high-level input. just tap off the rear speaker wires in parallel with the wires running to the amp.
you can keep the stock HU, its not that big of a deal, and it will make theives less attracted to your car.
