Just did a install, sub, amp and 6.5 comps

I was running with only a amp and sub for a while on stock deck and decided that i needed something more.

So I ordered a set of

1. Directed S650's best bang for the buck $150
2. Polk momo mm12 $150
3. Audiobahn A4125HCT 4X125 RMS at 4ohm ($$$$$ but 1ohm stable)
4. Kenwood eXcelon DDX-8017 $$$$$
5. dynomat type sound proofing on door panel

I also bought a 1" thick spacer for the 6.5's but i found a problem with that.

the problesm that i had with the installs were

1. tweeters were too big so i had to move the stock tweeter bracket about 1/2" up and back (toward handle)
2. 1" spacers are way too thick. my speaker touches the door panel. so now i have to go make a 3/4" or 1/2" spacer out of MDF

The components are much better then expected. It does not have as much bass as the Infinity Perfect 6.5's but it's SQ is very good. and for 150shipped i can't complain

amp is amazing. i use to run the polk on the Soundstream pix2.880, but this amp make the sub sound much cleaner tighter and louder. I can't wait till i get my IDMAX 12.
