So i have been looking unsuccessfully for a jlink cable for my stereo.

I have a jensen deck and i want to play my ipod through it.

I have seen them online but after shipping its like 40 bucks.
I know its a jensen but i have had it for a while and until it breaks no reason to get a new deck.

I know i have the output for it. It is in the back of the unit and looks like an s-video cable or a computer keybourd pin plug, just with more pins.

Does anyone know where i can buy one? Maybe from a store. Best buy and circuit city dont carry them.

I want to be able to play and charge my ipod and have my radar detector plugged in at the same time.

Please someone help me if you can.

no retail store has them. i have tried best buy cir city frys sears cartronics. everything i think i am just gonna order ebay style but i will pery have to wait like 2 weeks now

 

you know like the second you buy it on ebay you will see a tv add or some crap like that for em

 

i know thats why i put it off for a week now. i pry would have the damn thing alrady if i would have just ordered it. they have them for alpines and all other kind of systems in stock but not for my little ole jensen deck.

 

I work at CC and i prolly woulda told you to go to Audio Wholesale on mendocino avenue. seems like they always have them.

honestly, i would say upgrade ur deck man. if you dun wanna spend a lot but get a good unit. look up the pioneer dehp3000ub i think it is, or the dehp4000ub. just plug and play whether it be USB to ipod or just the simple aux input. $139-$179. come in and ask for kevin if u want man
