Escort Passport x50 symbols?

Sup guys. Just got my new toy, the Escort radar sensor to prevent myself getting another ticket. Heard it is one of the best out there, but while driving, i dont understand the symbols, X, K, KA. I was hoping maybe you guys can help me define them, especially which one stands for the Piggs. i seen all of them light up but i dont see nothing, so help me define them please. TIA. laters

It think there's an explanation for all of those in the X50 instruction manual. The short answer is all of those are radar bands, and all of those MIGHT be used by the cops. X band is probably not police though, especially in populated areas.

Lightbulb

X - old fashion radar but I've never seen it on the road, is primarily grocrey store doors
K - radar and newer automatic doors
Ka - CHP or cheap radar detector in the car next to you
Laser - radar or backup camera/sensor in the back of expensive cars

hope that helps...make sure you drive slow while you get used to the unit as it doesn't help you avoid tickets if you don't understand what it's telling you
