Hey folks,
I just installed my 6.5" MB Quart PCE 216's and am having a hell of a time trying to eliminate door rattle. I suspect that most of it is coming from the plastic that lines the inner door. Any suggestions about killing this rattle? Also on a weirder note, why is the passenger door in my subaru and others' the side that is the magic pain in the *** when it comes to rattle? Is this a cruel subaru joke? lol
Suggestions are needed/welcome
thanks.

take off the panel and see if its the long metal bar thats connected to the door handle. i notice mine did that so i put a piece of foam(onesided sticky) to buff it.
You will have rattles without any dampening.....well, its likely you may still have rattles after dampening
But honestly, you should consider atleast some dampening in the doors. At a minimum, behind the speakers and replace the moisture barrier. Less rattles, better SQ, and better efficiency. Also, check all the wiring in the door, especially the plastic connectors and door mechanisms. Look into what gdogg said....that is one of the problem areas.
