Cross Overs and Upgraded WRX Speakers

I recently upgraded speakers and installed Kicker tweets and some crappy Pioneers in my front door of my 04 WRX Wagon. These speakers fit well and I had high hopes.
Suffice to say I blew the ****ty Poneers in no time with the standard head unit and no new amping. I also put a Bazooka Bass Tube in the rear which is amplified.
I just pulled out the Pioneers and used Subie's upgraded seakers for the front and rear doors. I ran the front speaker through the crossover that Kicker provided. I dont know much about crossovers and have only installed standard head units and non-component speakers set-ups with amps in the past.
Am I going to ruin the sound of the front door speakers by using the Kicker Crossovers that came with the tweets.
I am also planning on installing a 4-channel Rockford Fosgate Amp to power the front 4 speakers (tweets and Subies coaxial upgrades) as well as the back door two speakers.
Any thoughts, HELP on getting the best sounnd with what I have. Will the AMP make a wold of diffference, becuase I am dissapointed still with the sound.

The crossover cam with the Kicker tweets, I assume they are highpass filters. The sound is actually not too bad right now...it is obvious though tat amplification is needed. The head unit is really weak and as soon as i get into some volume, the limitations are heard.
Hopefully the amp will work well and the sound coming from the dors will be as sweet as the sound from the engine.

It looks like the x-over that came with the tweeter is only to protect the tweeters and provide a simple high pass filter. (i.e. a capacitor parallel to the tweeter). You need to find a midrange that matches the frequecy response of the tweeter. i.e. the midrange starts to roll off and the tweeter starts to fill in. A test disc will be very helpful at this point.........
Sounds like you are really driving the speakers hard with distortion from the head unit. If you do that for any prolong period of time it will destroy any speaker.
