Compustar in, starter not...

Well...I finally found a place to install my Compustar, to boot, it was a pretty good price.

In any case. The only stipulation on the install was that they would not hook up the starter. I had them leave the harness ready for it, but all the wires are not hooked up for the engagement.

Here's the doozy:

Does anyone have knowledge of the output wires and where they go/how to hook them up? I guess there are about 8 more wires to go to finish it up (ignition, ebrake, brake, maybe starter power, etc.).

Your help would most definately be useful.

Chris

04 WRX 5 spd.

Im in down south from you in Va. The alarm is pretty cool with range that embarsses my last alarm. They wouldnt install the starter "just because". In any case there are maybe 7 wires just hanging out waiting to be installed for the starter, but Im not really sure where they go and how to get there.

i have the upgraded version in my honda accord and its got the ss signal with 1.25 miles range. its very good even tho the avg distance would be about 1 block. its got all the good stuff and where im at, california, they install everything even the windows for 700.00, i didnt know that you can take out the stock sti alarm? where is it located. oh for the orig question. get a harness before you splice into the stock wires. youll thnk yourself later if you get it first.

Indeed. Theres another problem with the alarm (something they forgot to install that I payed for). They're "looking into" finding my manual. We'll see.

Might I be able to find a wiring guide on the net somewhere? Or might Helms manuals have it?

Thanks,
Chris
